CSS vs. HTML

CSS Has Three Major Advantages over HTML; Flexibility, Page Load Speed, and Accessibility. the Major Downfall of HTML Is That All Properties Used to Format and Style the Content Have to Be Added to Every Single Element on the Page. CSS Differs from HTML in That You Can Create One External Style That Controls Many Elements, Instead of Having to Create an Embedded Style for Each Element on the Page.
