About Jake Rutter
My name is Jake Rutter and I’m a Web Designer and Developer with over 9 years experience in user interface design and front-end development. I enjoy building a website from all aspects (SEO, SEM, design, development, etc.). Im a strong advocate for Open Source technologies and an active member of the open source community. I currently work as the Lead Front-End Designer/Developer for an ecommerce direct to consumer wine business.

My educational background includes an A.A.S. in Web Design and Management and a Bachelors of Science in Visual Communications.
When Im not glued to my computer, I enjoy (in no particular order) reading, Tennis, ping pong, gardening, exercise, dancing, wine, beer, racquetball, movies, learning new things, and traveling.
